Forgot Password screen #119

Issue Report

Title

want to add Forgot password screen where user can enter email [Provide a concise title for the issue]

Description

This forgot password screen can be used when user forgot there password

Steps to Reproduce the Issue

  1. Action 1: Go to login page
  2. Action 2: click on not remember the password button .

Expected Behavior

it should have opened a page where when i can enter my email to regenerate my password

Actual Behavior

noting is happening
