Add Automated Greeting Workflow #87

I propose to create a Github workflow named "Greetings". This workflow will automatically greet users who create new issues or pull requests in this repository. The Greetings will look like "Hi there! Thanks for opening this issue. We appreciate your contribution to this open - source project. We aim to respond or assign your issue as soon as possible .

Hey @thakuratul2 @saurabhbakolia I have raised the Pr for the same please check it and merge it. Additionally I you need to give authorize for deployment check.

Hey If I need to create a PR for this from develop, I need to stash the changes of the master or abort them. image what should i do.

@harish08102004, Stash your changes, then move to the developbranch. Make sure your developbranch is up to date. After that, pull your stashed changes and create a new PR
