MPEI installer overwrote custom skin files #12

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Ensure you have the following custom files in your skin directory:

* myextensions2settings.xml
* myextensions2slideshow.xml

2. Install the latest version: 0.0.5.2

Result: The custom xml's gets overwritten.
