Last Update time is not set if updates are downloaded from Extensions GUI plugin #25

Last Update time is not set if updates are downloaded from Extensions GUI 
plugin. 

This means if you never update from the MPEIInstaller then it will never update 
the date/time since last update and pretty much always do updates when you 
restart!
