Should not return to Updates view when list is empty after restart

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Have "show last active module when starting/resuming from standby" Checked
2. Update a plugin and let Extension restart Mediaportal for installation of 
plugin
3. When Mediaportal starts, it returns to an empty "updates" skin page.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Mediaportal should return to "Installed plugins" view

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?

This is just returning to the last used view...but it Updates view is a special 
case as the plugin doesnt show that in the view menu when there is no items.

So in the case where there is no updates and last used view was Updates, this 
should revert to Installed Extensions view.

In all other cases, it should just be fine as the list will be populated, and 
if not the view button should be in focus on an empty list.
