Progress window displayed on wrong monitor #40

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Installing, Uninstalling or updating any extension

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
The progress screen is displayed on the primary monitor, even if MP itself is 
displayed on the secondary.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Using version 1.0.5.163 under MP 1.2.2.0 on Windows 7 Ultimate
