if a creator is an 'organization', leave it off the citation

I think we should allow other "organization" as creator, such as "USGS". So it should be if a creator is "Santa Barbara Coastal LTER", leave it off the citation.

Logic for citation block on Summary tab: if there is only one creator and its an organization, use it in a citation example: knb-lter-sbc.35, knb-lter-sbc.70, knb-lter-sbc.68

if there are individualName and organization, do not display the organization in citation: knb-lter-sbc.10
