Stop showing positive transactions from credit cards #42

When paying a credit card, there is a transaction for the money leaving the account, and another from the credit card company showing a surplus. This cancels out to 0 instead of showing a total decline of the original payment.

This was wrong, both are necessary. Charges on the credit card are listed separately. Done
