Change of guideline for model's sboTerm #57

In order to solve the inconsistency of relationship between SBML elements and SBO terms, that is different for <model> and every other elements, I propose to change the guidelines (table 6) and advise users to use SBO terms of the branch "relationship or process" rather than "modeling framework".

Just a precision: The "relationship or process" has been renamed "interaction".

This was accidentally filed in L2v4 originally. I moved it to L2v3 and closed it, because the change was accepted and done.
