URL trailing / not working #71

Running Nginx/LetsEncrypt is not working, as the trailing / (slash) is not being saved onto the configuration to allow Deluge to ask for password. Seems that Nginx/LetsEncrypt requires for Deluge to be as follows: https://www.mydomain.com/deluge/
