Description

1. Filtered the correct liked projects array using the logged-in user address to display liked projects

2. Added conditional rendering for the vertical line. If the list has categories render the vertical line. Otherwise, don’t render the vertical line

3. Fixed the Lists tab, the width now is consistent all over regardless of how many cards we render.

4. Added conditional rendering text to the list. If the user has no "liked" lists yet, display "You have not liked any lists yet." as the current view looks off.

5. Added conditional rendering text to the list of projects. If they are not projects, display "There are no lists yet." as the current view looks off.
