Works now, excellent! This is taking good shape now!

When they have not yet added anything to their ballot, lets hide the '0 Projects 0 OP Allocated', the search bar, and the 'Total' sections and have a centered text 'You have no projects in your ballot'

Also noticed that one project is displaying their handle in the ballot page, while the others are not. I think we can remove that and keep them the smaller size as seen on the Ospace and Cannon projects here:
