The Play Framework allows you to specify evolutions for different databases separately, in conf/evolutions/{database name}/. Do you have any plans to implement this functionality here?

There wasn't any plan for that yet, I also didn't know about that. Feel free to create a PR and I'd be happy to integrate it. Otherwise I can have a look at that during the next week.
