Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It's nor a problem per se, rather convenient improvement. Newcomers might me overwhelmed by constant popups "builds needs to be reimported", I don't think that it's so obvious that IDE has to extract your projects structure.
Also, it could be convenient for more experienced users to not being force to constantly click import build.
Describe the solution you'd like
Provide an option which enables auto-import/reload functionality.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Using workspace reload to implement this? Sth like scala-cli does, changing directive reloads everything under the hood and user isn't bothered.
