wants to update information in the existed EOC section #331

Hi ScandiHealth,

I wants to update/change the previous submitted clinical document inside EOC block?

I submitted clinical document version 1 along with EOC ForloebElement.starttidspunkt information. So It creat Forløbs ID: 7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9 2503901111Ver1OK.txt

I again submitted clinical document version 2 along with few contact dates and procedure codes. And contacts added under the forløbs ID: 7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9 2503901111Ver2OK.txt

At end, the clinical document version 3, i updates the EOC (forløbs ID: 7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9) along with ForloebElement.ForloebElement.sluttidspunkt = today and also updated ForloebElement.afslutningsmaade = 'AfSlutningsmaade til hjemme (ALAC50)' and submitted clinical document but I get this error

INTEGRITY_CHECK|||Episode of Care 7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9 already exists in the registry|||EOC_ALREADY_EXISTS|||7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9"

How can i update the information in the existing EOC? Or How can i inform that existed FørlobsID = 7551f81b-5a3b-478a-b0d4-f9da0d19a9c9 is afslutet (today) and the patient return back to home ( AfSlutningsmaade til hjemme (ALAC50) )
