Add Options Screen #17

Add an options screen.  Can be instead of the current "Quit" screen (Well
combined with it).

Options
- Widescreen
- Scroll Station Text

??? More please  :)

option time before "Black" screen if no activity for X minute ?
ex: give the choice between 1,2...10 minutes or OFF [Default = 5]
(for those who do not want it)
