Improve licensing #15

Our licensing is a mess right now, mostly from font-awesome (see https://github.com/phetsims/scenery-phet/issues/883 for progress), but also embedding of some other libraries.

Goal is to simplify it to where we are not embedding external code.

Note that this is likely a blocking issue for a 1.0 release.
