Mask out middle section of WLAN probes #5

Mask out (eg. with asterisks) all but the first few and last few characters of each past WLAN probe for participant privacy. Support clicking, hovering or toggling on a particular set of probes to reveal the full ESSIDs. (Or support "user consent" in the nicknames database/file to allow participants to give their permission to display their "personal information.")

Fixed in 564512f1982e982686eeeb5b27a71b55ae3183b9, bdfb610060949d609aa9acc4db5fe890de06e825, and 3151f8784d91262089a4a054989b979d6139af85. Useful in conjunction with importing and exporting data to set particular users as unmasked.
