GitHub Pages with Custom Domain using another Domain Provider - Thorsten Schminkel

When I was trying to configure the custom domain for my blog on GitHub I got stuck while setting it up via the Github Pages configuration. No error was show and the creation of SSL certificates displayed a progress that never finished.

hello, thank you very much for this article. i am trying to do the same thing for my website for days but it is not working. i bought my domain from strato as well. on strato i dont have A recoed the option is not there so i only did the AAAA recored is that why it is not working? also do i need the txt? if yes how should i fill it ?do i need to add a cname to the www if yes how should i do it ? ....thank you

Setting up the A record is the main configuration you need to do, if this is not shown, as you said, you need to contact the Strato Support, good luck
