Gitter channel #73

Since the framework is new and users are few, it would be great to have a Gitter channel for GR to facilitate greater co-ordination within the community.

Yeah I think the one above is specific to Julia. Would be great to have one dedicated to the C API especially for people who want to use GR with other languages like Ruby etc.
