Moving DocDown exe deletes cache from previously opened project

If you move the DocDown exe from one place to another there are the following problems:

The linked program in the taskbar is invalid
The previously opened project / strategy-pattern must be reopened and is not cached.

I'm using the default .Net Settings system, which is tied to the application path.

This will be fixed with issue #12.
