UV not displaying attached files #676

Today I had to upload new files to six works in the adl.b2 tenant. The original files were uploaded when the works were created on 6/16/2023, but the files were wrong. I added new TIFFs to the six works, confirmed that they were saved and properly attached (at least, they show in the item list at the bottom of the work page), and then I deleted the original files. It's been about four hours now, and the new TIFFs still are not displaying in the viewer. No viewer is showing on the work pages at all. It's just the generic thumbnail. See screenshot below.
