xml uketddc IDs including Ethos IDs not being parsed into alternate ID field #530

The following xml fields should be mapped to the hyku "alternative identifier" fields:

provenance and relation don't need to be displayed. Probably better for these to be hidden., if possible.

source contains the Ethos ID and only part of this needs to be parsed as the identifier. e.g. from https://ethos.bl.uk/OrderDetails.do?uin=uk.bl.ethos.843178</dc:source> only "uk.bl.ethos.843178".
