uketd_dc source field / bx id #537

The uketd_dc parser maps the field to the bx identifier field. It uses this field to determine whether to add a new record or edit an existing one. This works for importing existing ethos works that have a unique ethos ID in the field. But future ethos records will not have an ethos identifier prior to import into hyku and when imported the field will be absent. How will the parser cope with this?

Pause work on this until we have discussed the xml parser.
