Hyku upgrade

Story

In order to have PDF derivatives create and PDFs show in the viewer, a hyku upgrade to pull in iiif_print is necessary. This upgrade will also add the ability for video/audio to play in the UV.

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Project is running on a version of hyku that has iiif_print and AV in viewer
• [ ] PDFs are displaying in viewer and OCR is searchable
• [ ] Audio and video files play in viewer

Testing Instructions and Sample Files

• Create a work with a PDF and confirm it shows in the viewer
• Create a work with an audio file and confirm it can be played in the UV
• Create a work with a video file and confirm it can be played in the UV.
• Confirm imports and exports continue to work.

IIIF viewer not displaying PDFs in production. I uploaded a 7-page PDF, waited for all seven pages to process and appear on the works dashboard as jpegs, but the derivative files aren't listed on the work page and the IIIF viewer shows a black box. Additionally, previously uploaded PDFs are attempting to load the IIIF viewer, also displaying a blank black box.
