Need to hide from tools page the link to SkyQuery crossmatch #196

we can find section "CrossMatch using SkyQuery", which points to the skyquery client page in skyserver. We should hide it until Skyquery becomes live.

(otherwise the users will be able to enter the client page and use it, since it is not disabled)

fixed. Hid the link to SkyQuery for now.

Confirmed the hiding of the link, as of sciserver-v1.8.1. Closing...
