Search does not work well #92

There is obviously an entry for vagrant: https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/scls/rhscl/sclo-vagrant1/

But I cannot see it when I search for it: https://www.softwarecollections.org/en/scls/?search=vagrant

This was caused by data inconsistency after latest data migration. I have fixed the data manually.
