Yes it is possible, but I don't speak Italian so I can't help with the actual translation work.

To translate Portecle, take its resources.properties file, copy it to the same directory with the name resources_it.properties, and translate the things that need translating (not all strings in that file necessarily should be translated). Then attach resources_it.properties here and I can have a look at including it in future Portecle versions.
