variables and 'ask and wait' can not be show on canvas #2170

Expected Behavior

load sb3 file,all element work well

Actual Behavior

variables and 'ask and wait' can not be show on canvas

Operating System and Browser

ubuntu，chrome

This is not impossible, but so hard that nobody tried it.
