Note, I was not able to reproduce this after updating the iPad to iOS 13.5.1.

Steps to Reproduce

Sign into an account that manages a lot of studios so that the Add to Studio modal will have a scroll bar. Try to scroll the modal by dragging the visible scroll bar (on iOS 13.5.1 the scroll bar is only visible after dragging not before). You can cause the project page visible behind the modal to scroll.

Operating System and Browser

iPad mini 4, iOS 12.1.4 safari

I don't know if a solution to this is super easy (one CSS line!) or massively complicated (refactor the layout of the entire page!), so I'm not labeling this help wanted. But if anyone has suggestions or wants to submit a proposed fix, I'd be interested!
