Add osf to typesetter-only list #12

Is there a reason against removing tags during XML extraction? I know in Rutgers we remove them automatically, and I thought it was because they serve no purpose in an e-book setting.

I think the basic thinking was that one might want to keep it when doing some repurposing, and we generally like to keep as much style information as we can when moving between formats, and since it's so easy to remove at a later time, we might as well just let it ride. If it turns out that no one ever wants to keep it, maybe we consider recategorizing it.
