Mixed perform-play mode

This is a HUGE feature, and a potentially very appealing one.

The base idea is very simple : to a variable degree, the MFP app would be able to automatically switch between user perform and passive playback. The underlying lib would not have to change in any way.

This could allow for two very interesting applications :

• As suggested by Louis : we could have "intermediary" levels of play : the user could press once per measure, once per beat...and passive playback would take over until the next play point.
• As I have suggested : this would open the way to selective play : perhaps per channel, to start ; the user could select a number of channels that they want to trigger ; any sets containing events only from other channels are played automatically. Mixed sets would, of course, have to be triggered manually.

When right clicking a note, you should have the option to solo or mute its channel/part/voice. The list of channels to which the interpretation is restricted would then be accessible in the settings. We could have icons on the side for timed (measure/beat) play.
