Will car tune function ever work again?

Is it possible that the car tune function is server sided.. or is it just 
moved/changed?

it's easy to make if you have RakNet in your sobeit
changed data order in packet and event ids: vehicleid, param1, param2, event id

Tried this on 0.3e, either it does not work, or I got the wrong ID.

and the order should be event id, vehicle id, param1, param2, according to the 
0.3e version of RakSAMP.
