Differences between mssql and tsql #49

  1. In the Readme file can you please list the differences between mssql and tsql.
  2. Also adding that the SQL section targets MySQL will be beneficial for new users

The other databases you mention were added by other uses, conversions from the original. I'm going to leave this issue open if anyone feels this is necessary and would like to update accordingly. Thank you for your help.
