Add indication in UI that app is requesting permission to connect with Keplr #136

When I launched the app, I noticed the balance indicator was "working" so I clicked on the K - keplr icon and noticed the screen saying I need to approve the request.

If the Keplr wallet UI doesn't pop-up automatically, the user won't know what to do -- that there's a request they need to approve.

It might be a good thing to have something indicate, on the K - keplr icon that there's a notice to view.
