Additional Issue Type: Intro / Credit Markers #3621

Description

We need the ability to allow user to submit issues when the intro or credit markers are incorrect.

Desired Behavior

When submitting an issue, add a new bulleted item called "Intro or Credit Marker".

With this new issue type, allow a simple text box, where a user can submit details regarding the inaccurate intro or credit marker.

I feel like the video option should already suffice for this?

Thinking about it for a bit, I think you’re right.

But then I had to think about why my users don’t understand that intro / credit markers are a type of video issue.

Maybe what we need is some “helper” text in the issue description text field. The kind where it tells you what the issue type is for, and what information could help. And then when the user clicks on the field to fill it in, the helper text disappears to allow the user to fill in their content.
