Track existing content and provide suggestions on new content to watch #3707

Description

It would be nice if Overseerr could scan existing movies and TV shows to then provide suggested content to add.

Desired Behavior

Either automatically or via a button press, provide a list of available or upcoming content to add/request new content based on existing genres and possibly director or actor.

Additional Context

Manually scanning through lists takes time and adding a feature to track existing content and suggest new content would be nice.
