Add Webhook support #620

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe. Currently, each notification provider needs an explicit configuration. Allowing users to define their own webhook destinations would offer a lot more freedom.

Additional context This would be useful so that users can push their notifications to things like LunaSea or to their own endpoints for automation.
