About ROM History

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. A ROM in an ZIP archive named "start開始.ZIP", inner ROM name is "start
開始.BIN", it contains character such as "開始".
2. Load this ROM.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
After loaded this ROM, it only displayed "[ZIP] - start" in the "File -> 
ROM History" menu, in Gens.cfg it is "Rom 1=R:\Yuu Yuu Hakusho - Makyou 
Toitsusen\ROMs\start開始.zip|start".
If I remove characters begin from "|" to end, then start gens_11a.exe, it 
seems to display correctly. I don't know if there is an option or a way to 
modify Gens.cfg to remove characters begin from "|" to end.

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version:Gens11a
OS:Windows XP SP3 Professional English.

I wish Gens Movie Test to be better and better.

I am sorry for my English is not so good, maybe my expression is not 
explicit.

It should say "Rom 1=R:\Yuu Yuu Hakusho - Makyou 
Toitsusen\ROMs\start開始.zip|start
開始.BIN" instead of "Rom 1=R:\Yuu Yuu Hakusho - Makyou 
Toitsusen\ROMs\start開始.zip|start". Somehow the last characters got cut off. 
I think
the ROM will still load fine in this case though.
