[Request/Bug]: Improve identification of outdated addons

What You Are Seeing?

At the moment Metamod and SourceMod both select the top-most item in the dropdown list, which can appear as if the latest version is installed, unless you look at the version number differences.

Ideally if the version is outdated it should show up in red, or select a different item in the drop-down list to clearly identify that an older version is installed.
