As a guest, through my PMS app, after unlocking the door, I’m also shown the option to Lock the door to my short term rental in the app, but when I try it, the app shows me an error — which makes me think either something is wrong with what I did, or something is wrong with the app.
As a support agent for my PMS app, I know that 4suites devices auto-lock, so I would like it if the Seam Component would avoid showing the Lock button altogether for lock devices that do not support “remote lock capabilities”.
