Remove ClimateSettingsSchedules #664

This PR removes the now obsolete ClimateSettingsSchedules from thermostats

Take a look at the beta branch, it already contains breaking changes to remove the old APIs we just haven't released it yet. See #658

Just need to review this to ensure we removed all of the unstable / changed / deleted APIs.
