Create FAQ View

create a new view for frequently asked questions. This can be filled with place holder questions and answers for now. Good place to start would be to create a Figma wireframe before proceeding to create the razor page

Do you have a slack or discord channel where you discuss things relating to the project?

No slack or discord yet since this has mainly been a learning project for me
