Dave has made a big update for celestial_navigation and most of the other plugins, implementing a submodule opencpn-libs. He has also fixed the MacOS builds for Celestial_Navigation and Plots, but he advises that more changes are needed for the Android builds.
There is one other similar situation with Plots_pi. Dave has made a number of changes so it works in MacOS, but there are more changes needed so that Android will build, but you should first merge https://github.com/seandepagnier/plots_pi/pull/28

I and other users would really appreciate it if you could merge these commits https://github.com/seandepagnier/celestial_navigation_pi/pulls and then make the changes necessary to build for Android.
