When I key in this input: edit 1 p/+484312123

Reason for disagreement: This should be of higher severity considering you specify this as part of the feature. If nothing was stated, highly likely it would not even be tested but considering the fact you explicitly state it and the it does not work, it warrants at least a medium severity.
