hostapd fails to start #971

Device: Samsung GT-S5570 (Galaxy Mini)
Android Version: 2.2.1 (Build # FROYO.DDKA7)
App Version: 2.0.7

When I start Wireless Tether, it says it started with errors. The logs show 
that hostapd failed to start. This happens most of the time. If I start/stop 
the tether a few times, it might randomly work.

My device doesn't have a profile.
Auto and generic doesn't have WPA/WPA2.

Tried all the other profiles and ZTE Blade somewhat works but this one also has 
the same problem starting hostapd. Sometimes it works, most of the time it 
doesn't.

Running into this error on version 3.1-pre100 when running Motorola Targa 
profile on a Droid Bionic. Baseband version CDMA_N_03.1C.50R ltedc_u_05.15.00
