R Packages on R 3.5.0 #16

Hi Seb,

No worries if you don't pick this up for a while. I've run into a problem where R 3.5.0 doesn't have some of the necessary packages (FactoMineR, clv and mclust) we need for the MCA and HCPC. I only have the permissions to install these locally. Any idea how best to get these installed?

For now, R 3.2.3 has them installed, but it has old version of dplyr and no readr which is irritating and is rather an old version of R.

I've tried to install earlier, but it failed since libnlopt-dev was required for some reason to be installed on the cluster. I asked Greg to install who just returned and got round to do it. All libs are now installed on both 3.5.0 and 3.5.1. But you seemed to have got round to do some progress anyway? Also: happy new year :)

Yep, R 3.2.3 had most libraries installed so have been able to make some good progress on the clustering, I can convert back over to using 3.5.0/1 again now.
