Code and Paper locations #5

I was about to check all scripts etc and was wondering where to we put results, plots and objects? I've found this location, which I'd suggest as the main workspace for us:

/projects/nick_matthews Do you agree? If, yes, I'd clone this repository in there. However I'd need write permissions which you'd have to grant me, could you do the following on the cluster (which is really slow nowadays, in case you struggle to access):

chmod -R 775 /projects/nick_matthews

As for the paper, we have been using overleaf lately in the lab which has many perks but a bit of a learning curve. Could you have a play if you like it, if yes, I'd create a project so we can start writing..

Also some files appear duplicated i.e. chlamy_MCA.r and chlamy_MCA_8.r etc. Could you delete the redundant ones (or tell me which they are if you don't know how, but its git rm file)?

You should now have permission on that folder, I actually didn't really use that folder for anything, I just worked out of my home workspace (home/nem34)
