Add simple embed #177

You maybe realize that the bad embed is no embed. Would be cool to have that done with a logo (maybe the image in the readme) and a small description. Footer could be used for the GitHub repo, or the version of the tool. As date, you could use the last commit date.

Maybe even possible to make the embed depending on the selected icon? Related to #174
