VALUE discount option not working above $999 #20

Hello!

First off, thank you sooooo much for this plugin! Such a lifesaver for folks with PayPal.

The PERCENTAGE works well, and the coupon gets created and you can use it. But the VALUE option does not work when the amount is above $999. I get "Error writing to database". We have a product worth $4200 and need a coupon for $4195. How do we create this now? Is there something in the code that can be adjusted to allow unlimited VALUE?

Here are screenshots of the various discount levels. Then for the one above $999 it does not even get created. Just the error.
